These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SMSID messaging platform and related APIs operated at smsid.co.uk ("SMSID", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity carried out under your account.
Your use of the platform must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these policies or applicable law.
The service operates on a prepaid model. Messages are charged per segment against your balance at the rates shown in your account. Charges are incurred when a message is accepted for delivery, regardless of the final handset delivery outcome reported by carriers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on third-party networks and mobile operators outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by such networks.
Sender IDs are subject to approval and to operator and regulatory rules. We may reject or revoke a Sender ID at any time. You warrant that you are entitled to use any Sender ID you register.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount of prepaid credit on your account in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time; please see our Refund Policy regarding remaining balances.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page.
