SMSID sells prepaid messaging credit. Credit is consumed as messages are sent. Because messaging costs are incurred immediately upon submission to carriers, consumed credit is non-refundable.
Unused prepaid credit may be refundable at our discretion, less any transaction or processing fees, where a request is made within a reasonable period and the account is in good standing. Promotional or bonus credit is non-refundable.
Charges reflect submission and routing to carriers. Messages reported as failed by a carrier for reasons within our control may be credited back; failures caused by invalid numbers, recipient handsets, or operator networks are generally non-refundable.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days with details. Verified billing errors will be corrected or credited.
On account closure, you may request a refund of remaining eligible unused credit, subject to the conditions above and verification of payment ownership.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
